1. How do I place an order?

  2. What mode of transportation is used to ship your MYLO order?
    All orders are shipped via FedEx Home Ground Delivery in the greater Metro-Area. FedEx Express will be used for any order going to a City outside of NY that requires more than 2 days for ground shipping.

  3. How are shipping rates determined?
    Shipping rates are set by FedEx and are based on your zip code & your entire order weight. Metro-Area orders range from $8.99-$14.99 per package, contingent on your order size & location. MYLO will offer Free shipping on Long Island & NYC orders that are $100 or more.

  4. How is the food shipped?
    The meals are packed in foam insulated coolers with special commercial coolant packs.

  5. What temperature will the meals be shipped & what temp how will they arrive?
    The GHA meals are shipped frozen and will arrive in a frozen to semi thawed state. The Healthy Habits & Mrs. Grossman's are shipped in a fresh, cool state and will arrive the same way.

  6. How long can the meals stay preserved in the foam coolers that they are shipped in?
    Once the meals leave our fulfillment center, the meals can be preserved for 24-48hrs.

  7. Where do I place the meals once I receive them to preserve their freshness?
    The GHA meals are to be placed in the freezer and the HH & Mrs. Grossman's in the refrigerator.

  8. Can I freeze the Healthy Habit's & Mrs. Grossman's meals?
    Yes, however freezing them will alter the flavor and texture of these meals.

  9. What is the shelf life of the all the meals?
    The GHA meals have a 6-9 month shelf life in the freezer & the fresh meals have a 5-7 day shelf life in the refrigerator.

  10. How do I heat up the meals?
    The GHA meals can be microwaved by following the instructions on the packaging or they can be warmed in the oven if you prefer. The Healthy Habits & Mrs. Grossman's can be microwaved for 3-5 minutes, depending on your temperature preference.

  11. When can I order my meals for delivery and what is the standard turnaround time to receive my order?
    Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed.
    Once your order is processed, it will be delivered by the 2nd business day, providing every item is in stock. For Example: An order placed on Monday by Midnight, will be processed Tuesday and shipped that afternoon for Wednesday delivery.
    *This example applies for Metro-Area orders only or any deliveries in the U.S via FedEx Overnight Express.
    *There are no deliveries on Saturday at this time.
    Perishable policy for frozen meals: Zip code will determine the shipping method option.
    *2 day MAX transit allowed on all frozen meals.
